Just lovely!

Room was very clean, stairs were steep and small to the room. Breakfast was hot and made to order, plenty of coffee. The steps from driveway are crumbling and should have a railing.

The property seemed well kept, clean and comfortable. The views are outstanding and location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. I would stay here again.

A great stay in the heart of Niagra Falls. The staff were so nice, and it was easy to park and forget driving, since everything we wanted to do was within walking distance.

This is a beautiful home; well-cared for and beautifully adorned. We stayed in the Loft and it was cozy, comfortable and romantic. The innkeepers were very hospitable and great care and detail went into the breakfast. Our only surprise was our belief that this B&B was located in the historic, downtown district of NOTL but it was actually about 10 minutes by car. The location was in the middle of NOTL and the Falls, which we were planning to go to both, so worked out fine.

This place was a real find. So close to everything and so comfortable on the inside. Spacious and well appointed. We loved it.

You couldn't ask for a cleaner bed and breakfast, and we had plenty of room and a very comfortable bed. At first, I was concerned about breakfast, because they have a disclaimer that they do not serve one, but they bent over backwards to make sure we had what we needed for breakfast. I have to have protein for breakfast for health reasons, and they boiled eggs and made egg wraps to put in the refrigerator. We simply put them in the microwave that was in the common kitchen (for 2 rooms), and...

This place is great for families! I went with my fiance and our 10 year old son for his birthday and we had a blast playing in the pool! It is also close enough to walk to many of the iconic places, maybe limit that to 10 as it was a little much for our son. We still had a blast!

Cute older motel. Attentive owners. Delightful heated pool. Good location away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for a short drive or bus ride. Right on the bus route. Very clean and well cared for.

Host did a great job and the food was amazing!!

Had a great stay, 2 courtyard rooms. Had a wonderful breakfast in the restaurant. Disappointed the bar (1904?) and courtyard patio didn't seem to be open.
