"The food was great and had a wide variety (Indonesian, Western, and Japanese). The staff worker, Chelsia, was a huge help and also made our dinning experience much better. She was very kind and patient as she explained the food options and helped with any concerns with the food. Chelsia was also willing to make accomodations with the chef especially since one of our family members had a serious nut allergy. Other staff were very helpful as well. In summary, our dinning experience was a 5/5."

Haven't been there as often because of COVID in the last few years, but when i came back the staff which were still there gave me a warm welcome. The location is convenient for meetings in the Kuningan area, and the food is good, although the menu is limited. But the rooftop restaurant is wonderful. Highly recommended. "

"It’s a shame because I really wanted to like this hotel but in the end after one night I hated it so much I checked out early and moved to another hotel. Ultimately, my room was on the ground floor and I felt very unsafe. There is no chain on the inside of the door for peace of mind. There is a LOT of noise from outside as well as inside the hotel.
