"This is a beautiful property with great amenities. The gardens were outstanding. The reson for a low score is the uncomfortable bed and the low pressure shower that felt like someone was sprinkling water on me. The service was outstanding as well. Overall if a hotel doesn't have a comfortable bed and a good hot shower, then it's not a good hotel, sorry!"

"Our hosts were amazing and the hotel was convenient to lots of wonderful restaurants and tons of shopping. If you are renting a car, it’s not very convenient to drive around the town or park. If you have a difficult time walking around or using stairs, you should know, the hotel has some pretty challenging stairs. The villas a a little older but were up to date and rather comfortable. The view from the residences is beautiful too, amidst nature. The pool is very pretty and a great resting spot. "Outside of town (so you need your own transport) this is a great hotel - actually it’s 2 hotels side-by-side, with shared facilities. There are 2 pools, with loungers, and a hot tub. The room was clean and comfortable, with a mini-fridge, and there is free on-site parking. We’d stay here again!"

The grounds were well maintained with very nice landscaping. The two swimming pools were brilliant, warm, clean and not crowded.
