"Wir waren etwas zu früh, durften das Zimmer aber schon beziehen. Die Ausstattung war gut. Es war alles sauber und nett vorbereitet. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Hotel liegt direkt an den Elbwiesen, die zum Spaziergang einladen, auch das Blaue Wunder ist mit einem Spaziergang zu erreichen. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das Hotel an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern bleibt der Lärm aber draußen. Wir kommen gern mal wieder."

Very nice family-friendly hotel. Great breakfast buffet (although where was the bacon???). Nice rooms with a well executed musical design concept. Parking is charges at 12-15 Euro per day, but there are actually free parking opportunities nearby…
Beautiful property and room (we were in the main building) with A/C. Dinner at the restaurant was also excellent. Great experience! Parking is limited - there are a few spots along the drive up to the hotel; otherwise, I was told there was a bigger spot but it was a bit of a walk. The room key is attached to a HEAVY weight, which is hard to carry in your pocket. I was told you could leave it at the desk daily. Another note, the elevator is down 3 steps so that could be a problem for some....
The hotel is a walking distance from the airport. It is clean, comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent but not included in the cost of the room.

The location is great, except that in 2022 the entire plaza near the hotel is under renovation. Fortunately, windows are well sound-proofed. Excellent comfortable rooms, very clean, friendly staff in all areas, copious buffet breakfast (reasonably priced), small, nice bar with good hours for enjoyment, good restaurants near by, all tourist attractions nearby and shopping, too. This is our 3rd NH hotel and we think it’s a very good brand—value for money.
The location, staff friendliness, and service level were fantastic, only surpassed by the quality of the food. It was an extremely pleasant stay, and I can recommend this hotel very highly.
Very new and modern rooms friendly staff a very nice breakfast. The hotel is located, conveniently near the train station and is a short walk away from the old city so very convenient all around.
The staff and the Steigenberger were very helpful and friendly, including letting me get breakfast to-go, so I could meet my schedule. The location was also super convenient. The one downside is that the gym/fitness center is ludicrously small for such a large hotel. They have one treadmill and free weights too light for any adult male. I would stay again for sure if I were unconcerned about fitness.
