"We’re not “all inclusive” type people and prefer to have a kitchen to prepare food, so Kamkat was great. It was also not close in to the “inclusive” path of hotels lined end to end on the beach. Food stores were not so close (lots of souvenir shops mostly). But was found many options north of D400 that were walkable. If you’re visiting Goynuk and want a small, simple, beautiful Turkish garden to stay in - Kamkat is it! Our host was gracious, helpful, and served us tea and homemade stuffed grape...

"Clean and efficient rooms. Nice pool area. Good breakfast buffet, they will also cook eggs to order. There was available street parking. Be careful if you are on the ground floor, the sliding door lock falls to the open and unlocked position with just a few taps on the door. We taped it so it could not easily jiggle to unlock."
"Great location. Quiet location. Room was spotless with lovely en suite shower room and toilet. We didn’t use the pool but it looked lovely and well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff with good English. The roof terrace gave views of the coast over the top of other hotels. Highlight was breakfast in the courtyard which was wonderful. "It was a great walkable distance to the beach to the pier and to all the restaurants and convenience stores and the bazaar it was in a perfect location. I loved the queen honeymoon suite it was very lovely. The staff was amazingly great and sweet and very professional. I was a little bit of skeptical because of some of the negative reviews, but trust me everyone was super nice and everything was at perfect timing. The transportation arrived just in time overall spectacular thank you so much."

Awesome hotel, Nice food, very clean, excellent animation and child care services. Staff is absolutely terrific.
The only inconvenience: Music was too loud in the evenings from the Otium Hotel night shows and from the neighboring hotel. They all should adopt a rule to turn everything off by 11pm the latest.
But otherwise - this hotel is worth every penny spent

We had a wonderful stay at Swandor and truly enjoyed our vacation. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, and the housekeeping team did a great job every day.

I got this for my parents as a gift, the stay was good and they allowed them to check in earlier but they got one bed instead of the one bed and sofa as booked online. Victoria was great and organized a special dinner for them which was super sweet!
This hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of the old town, bazaar, and old shipyard. It's also conveniently close to the Hadrian Gate, with many restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel is in excellent condition and has only been open for 2 weeks,spacious rooms and bathrooms.
Initially, I had booked the first 3 nights at this hotel and 5 more nights at another hotel. However, I eventually canceled the reservation at the other hotel and decided to stay at this one for the remainder...
All in all, it was a very good experience. Comfortable beds, nice showers, excellent food, and good service.
The only things I didn't like: the A/C was very weak. It wasn't that big of a deal due to very pleasant weather in May, however, out could be a real problem in hot summer months. The other thing is that there is very loud entertainment right into the very early morning hours, this does make getting a good night sleep would a challenge.
I will still recommend this place, but thought...
Our room was super clean and well decorated, the breakfast in the garden was very delicious, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very excellent to access historic Antalya. Highly recommended!!
