Pestana Porto - A Brasileira, City Center & Heritage Building
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel is in a great location. Room was spacious and excellent en-suite and walk in shower. excellent air conditioning. We didn't dine within the hotel over our short weekend break as there are thousands of options in Porto. Cafe & restaurant are beautiful. It is a great place to staff and all the staff are excellent too."
"It is my first time in Porto, and I was amazed by how efficiently this hotel is run. I don't speak Portuguese, and I was a bit worried about that aspect. Thankfully, the staff in the hotels speaks perfect English; it made my life easier.
The hotel itself is very well maintained; I can already tell from how the lobby was so clean, how the magazines on the shelf were organized, and how presentable the staff were. The check-in process was very straightforward.
Lastly, the rooms are clean and pristine. I made the right choice in choosing this hotel."
"Great location. In the old area of Porto but still accessible for taxis. Right near the train station, and the Douro River is a 10 minute walk away. Huge bed! Great shower. Quiet. Fantastic breakfast"
"I loved this place! It’s beautifully designed and in an excellent location — close to shopping and everything but very quiet as it’s on a small back street. Super easy to get to as well. Staff were fantastic and helpful and the place was spotless and modern. I would definitely stay there again!"
