This is the most amazing hotel we’ve ever stayed in Europe. Fabulous new renovation. Large rooms, shower and plenty of storage. Very quiet. The staff was awesome and very helpful about options for trips outside of the city. Lovely, lovely, lovely. Can’t recommend enough!
This hotel is a GEM! We loved it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and well appointed. The rooms were comfortable and the views from the 2-bedroom units were amazing! We spent hours in the morning just enjoying the view. The amenities were fantastic. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel is perfectly situated in the core historic area of Bolzano. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful at both check in and check out. The Südtirol Guest Pass provided to guests allows use of public busses, trains and the Renon cable car - we used it multiple times. Rooms were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
We had an amazing experience! The amenities were beautiful and phenomenal, including a pool where we could really relax, a sauna, and an outdoor bar. The restaurant was fantastic! We received excellent service and the food was top-notch. The manager, Chisto, and our servers were impeccable! We’re definitely planning to return and stay again!
Hotel Greif is a lovely properly. Old town Bolzano is not that large and the hotel is right there off of Walthaplaz. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the train station and 7 minutes to the bus station-they are adjacent to one another. There are plenty of great restaurants just steps away.
The rooms are a decent size for Europe-with bathrobes and slippers in the room. The room was clean and quiet with a tea and coffee maker in the room along with tea and cofee.
