"Le jour avant notre arrivée, nous avons communiqué avec le propriétaire, nous avions des questions concernant notre arrivée. Il nous a dit qu'Expedia devait nous transmettre les directives. Comme nous ne les avions pas encore reçus, le propriétaire nous a tout de suite envoyé un courriel avec toutes les directives pour notre arrivée, surtout comment et où obtenir la clé et le code d'accès, etc. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'appartement, tout s'est bien déroulé. L'appartement était très propre, il y avait des serviettes et débarbouillettes en quantité suffisante pour notre séjour et elles étaient très douces. La cuisine était bien équipée, nous n'avons rien manqué pendant notre séjour de 2 jours. Il y avait aussi beaucoup d'éclairage partout dans l'appartement. Dans le but d'améliorer l'appartement, je suggère de mettre un tapis à l'intérieur de la douche, celle-ci est glissante. L'autre petit point : dans la salle de bains, où est fixé le porte-papier toilette, ce mur a des taches brunes. Se sont sans doute des nœuds dans le bois qui ressortent. Une couche de peinture aiderait. Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez vous. On se sentait comme chez nous."
