Great location but just enough out of the way for a quiet stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful with our questions. Rooms were cozy and perfect for a couple. Breakfast was amazing and the bar was worth staying in for the night. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent location, amenities, staff and owners. This is a small, 3 room boutique hotel. Do't be fooled by the exterior appearance. This is a new hotel and the owner has taken pride in the remodel and furnishings. The room we stayed in was well-supplied with complimentary beverages, fruit, and snacks.
This property was beautiful!! We loved the pool with the seaside view and our room felt like an oasis after our busy days. Location was perfect for relaxation away from the bustle of the city center. We didn’t mind the walk but it is about 30 minutes give or take. It did seem like Uber/Bolt was easily available if it had been needed.

Only negative was checkout is at 10am. I am used to 11am or 12pm. So you don’t feel rushed.
Our room was located just off a main square in the old town. It was clean and well furnished. The bathroom came was large included a washing machine and drying rack! Upon arrival We discovered an electrical issue which was quickly resolved by our host. The temperature was in the low 80’s F/ 22 C so we really appreciated the air conditioning.
I VERY RARELY give out a full 5 star review. I've spent the last 2 months traveling all over Europe and these guys were the best place I've stayed in the time I've traveled. Customer support was casual, but very professional and they took care of every need I may have had. The showers were amazing and the location couldn't have been better.
we were visiting the old town of zadar. The room was nice and clean. the place is about 20 mins to the free parking area at the old town.
The breakfast was good.
I don't know why the beach towels were not free (15 kuna for each) as the other resorts we visited in Croatia.
The room was beautiful. They answered our questions and responded quickly to any issue. The neighborhood is a little far from the old town and wasn’t exactly what we expected. We always felt safe but, for the price, we were anticipating a nicer area. Within a ten minute walk to old town and we were able to see everything we wanted in our one-night stay.
We were traveling by ferry to Zadar and picked Central Apartments because of its location to the ferry port and it is in the middle of the Old Town. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. We especially liked the breakfast selections available to us. We would gladly stay here again if we ever visited Zadar.
