The staff was wonderful. They even met us at the square and navigated our car up into their parking area. They just went over and above doing anything they could for us! The cottage was roomy, decorated nicely and super clean. The staff brought us anything we needed and even let me know when the spa was ready after it went down for 15 minutes. The views from the cottage were superb- from the terraces all the way out to the sea, and the garden with it's citrus and vegetables draped everywhere....
The property was beautiful and the room was nice. Fabio was very helpful. Driving doesn't seem optional to this property, you will need to ever a residential zone. This was my first stay in Italy in which I was driving, so I was nervous about driving into somewhere I shouldn't. There are narrow roads to get there, but the signs are clear. I would highly recommend staying here!

My son had left money in the room after we left. Once we realized it we had someone call The King's House. They found the money and we picked it up on our way back to Catania Airport. The owner didn't want a reward and even bought us a drink!
We highly recommend spending a night or two here. The hotel is wonderful and the grounds are so peaceful. We also recommend getting dinner here. The food was great, some of the best we had in Sicily!
We booked a room in the Rock annex. It was an entire, fully equipped apartment. The Rock annex is located across the street and down about one block from the main hotel. To be honest, other than doing the initial checkin and a walk around, we never went to the main hotel building. The pool is located there and there is a small bar. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious dinner the Hotel restaurant . The view from the patio when you’re having cocktails was spectacular and when you would order drinks they bring you little appetizers to enjoy . And loved the convenient location close to major attractions.
Amazing Bed & Breakfast with large rooms, friendly service and an excellent location. Bus stop for the 4 Euro bus transfer to the airport located almost directly across the road.
This hotel is in the best location, room is very quiet. Room and bathroom are big. The breakfast is great. People working in hotel are super nice. Will definitely stay there again next time in Catania
The B&B was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was spectacular and it was a treat to have room service. Host picked us up at the train station and upon check out took is to the airport. It was great communicating with him through WhatsApp. Very friendly staff, perfect location, for those with a car there is a parking garage. Bery safe and secure accommodation. We spent our anniversary there and it was amazing! We can't wait to return. The views overlooking the picturesque aqua- green waters of the Sicilian coast was priceless, a memory not to be forgotten!
Property and room were clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet and staff were excellent.
Only problem was banging noises late at night from the room above. Also, stairs at entrance can be a problem for handicapped people.
