"Clean room, staff wonderful, quiet and close to everything"

"We stayed two nights in a family room and were very happy with this hotel. The room and hotel were very clean and it was well kept. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was on the more expensive side - although the children ate free and the breakfast choices were very good and the food was nice. Location of hotel was good, just a one minute walk to the tram and then only ten mins to the centre. Great place to base yourself to explore the city."

"The condo was at the bottom of a long hill, not good for seniors. The shower unit needs repairing - two substantial leeks. Upon arrival all towels were quite wet and rolled up at the end of the beds soaking wet. The pillows had barely any filling in them. Otherwise, clean and well stocked kitchen. "

"Super convenient being walking distance to the airport. Rooms were fine and amazingly soundproof. Would have appreciated a luggage rack to place our suitcases on, rather than the floor. 😬 Under-bed light is a good idea in theory, but the sensor would turn it on when my husband was just rolling over."

"We used this hotel for a stop over whilst travelling back to the UK. Usual Ibis hotel but with a larger bathroom than the normal pod type. Check in and out was straightforward and staff were pleasant. We ate in the restaurant and the chateaubriand was very good indeed, cooked a point and served with frites and a garnish of broccoli and mushrooms. We'd use this hotel again."
