They also agreed to hold our luggage once the airport found it until the end of the cruise even though we were not staying with them at the end of the cruise. Exceptional customer service! Great location in Tenerife as well! "

"Clean room, staff was accommodating. Breakfast was decent but not many options. Dinner was nicely presented but main dishes can be quite salty. We were told they had parking but when we arrived, we were told it was closed and had to find local parking lot which was a struggle when staff is not able to give you a Google location of it and directs it on a paper map. It would have been helpful if the hotel could notify us about that prior to arrival. "
