"The room in the new part of the property was nice and clean, however, we found a very dusty old full size hair products behind the cupboard where things seem to roll and fall behind to due to structural unevenness. The spa was spotlessly clean and really well kept with friendly staff. The breakfast was good but I didn't feel welcomed, my breakfast wasn't included and I was followed and watched like a criminal, even though I gave my room number and name to the host. The option of signing the breakfast charge to the room was apparently not possible. I paid for bfast at the reception only to be asked to pay for it again two days later during checkout! The name on the TV screen was of another guest and it was not changed at all during pur stay lol..Overall, it's a nice hotel but some minor improvements are needed, especially with customer service."

"The place was so nice and clean people working were so hospitable. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety. I strongly recommend this stay in Hanover for a pleasant visit."

"The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was very friendly and explained everything on arrival. There is a sauna available for hotel guests. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. They had a make yourself waffle station which I can not ever resist. The location was perfect and walkable to the Altstadt. The hotel is also a 4-5 minute walk to the train station. The only thing I could mention negatively is the parking. They have 8 spots for the hotel guests and we needed to charge our car and non electric vehicles were occupying the spaces."

"Excellent breakfast. There was only one dispenser in the shower and it was for shampoo. The staff told me it was 3 in 1-- to be use as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Just a heads-up for Americans: if you normally use a washcloth, bring your own from home. They are not common in Germany. Also no microwave or mini- fridge in the rooms."
