"Nice botique hotel , large clean room even for 2 suitcases plus 2 carry ons, pleasant staff , free coffee , close to bus / tram stops and Gare Central ( train station for travel to Bruges and Gent ) , easy walk to the Grand place and gallery with numerous restaurants and chocolate shops. Nice amenities. Excellent breakfast. Hallway carpet had some minor stains but not a deal breaker. Elevator slow at times but just a minor issue ."
