"Hotel management seems to have several problems. I did not complain in person to the owner, Angela, but she should be aware of what went wrong. When we first arrived, everything and the service were good overall. However, by the second day, everything became a complete mess.
I did not ask for a refund or discounts, but I believe we deserved one. On our second reservation, we basically had to open the gate and choose a room ourselves. Our Christmas dinner was promised no later than 9:00 p.m., but it was served at 11:00 p.m. It was also expensive, small in portion, and average in quality."

"I had an extended lay over at night in Bogotá and was lucky to find this hotel at a reasonable distance to the airport and at a really good rate. The bed was great, the internet fast, the room clean and efficient. Because of the time of my flight I couldn't try the breakfast, so no comments on that, but I'm sure it must be excellent.

"This hotel never opened the door for us, we were unable to stay, they never replied to our text messages or phone calls, or the chat via Expedia. We were left at the door. When we requested Expedia to verify them they were also unable to contact them and Expedia never provided any protection to us as customers. This is an scam and Expedia was not empathetic with us or provided any useful resolution. Do not recommend to book here or hotels via Expedia. Awful and Terrible! "
