"We were able to check in early, breakfast was amazing, room was clean, room made over everyday! Excellent service and accommodations, would recommend anytime!"

"Staff was untrained and not helpful. Also, We booked through Hotels.com and ended up taking our daughter with us and she booked a room directly at the hotel that was bigger and better and paid half what we did. The room was stifling hot and there was a thermostat but it just made fan noises. Nothing came from the vents. We asked the concierge for help and he replied “I don’t know. I’m new”. And that was that. We opened a window but with no screens and being on the ground floor we couldn’t leave it open."

"I had a fantastic stay at Libertine Lindenberg in Frankfurt. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and welcoming. The check-in and check-out processes were efficient and hassle-free, which really set the tone for a relaxing visit. The staff stood out throughout my stay — consistently helpful, polite, and professional. A special mention goes to the lady working at the bar on Sunday, who was absolutely fabulous and brought a great energy to the place. It’s clear that the team takes pride in what they do, and their excellent communication skills in both English and German made everything easy and comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable — a real highlight. The communal areas were also well thought out and inviting, perfect for relaxing or spending time outside the room. Overall, a wonderful stay with great service, stylish spaces, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely return and highly recommend it. "

"Really enjoyed the hotel—this was my first visit to Frankfurt, and the location couldn’t have been better, with everything close by. The front desk staff were warm and helpful, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive our rooms early. The rooms themselves were spacious and spotless. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide and appealing selection. On the downside, we occasionally experienced long waits for the elevators, and the air conditioning wasn’t adjustable, which made the room a bit warm at night. Overall, a very good hotel experience."

"Room was nice and comfortable beds with good showers. Hotel had parking available and was in a good location for us. Only complaint was the rooms were very warm. Windows could be opened but then street noise was a problem. Not sure if the ac was turned off but had the room temp set to 18 and it wasn’t working. "
