I asked for a fan in my room, it appeared. Everything about my stay, from Lara at the reception desk to whomever cleaned my room, was wonderful, and I would highly recommend Ibis Hotel to anyone staying in Trier."

"This is a lovely little hotel about 5min walk from the train station and 1 min from the epic Roman Remains, pedestrianised shopping/eating area. The location was perfect and the lady at Reception was lovely, very helpful and knowledgeable about Trier. We both slept well on the comfortable beds. The shower room was great, good water pressure. This is a good old fashioned hotel - there is no WiFi in the rooms but there is in the lobby. (But there is a telephone and landline in the room!!)"
