"Nice place to stay"
Luca Hotel by Heritage Residences Signature Collection
"The hotel is conveniently located in one of the best areas of the Colonial Zone, within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The area also felt very safe. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet our expectations for a boutique hotel. The breakfast was very poor, to the point that we chose to have breakfast at a restaurant instead. The rooftop bar was not open during our stay, which was disappointing. The towels were quite old and could definitely use replacing, and the room lacked the thoughtful details and essential toiletries one would normally expect from a boutique hotel. The location is definitely the hotel’s strongest point, but the quality of the amenities and attention to detail need significant improvement."
Mauad Hotel Boutique
"Great location. I loved the lobby area; the decor and the wonderful scent. The welcome with valet parking and a complimentary drink was an excellent service. The room was very nice, with a huge bathroom, comfortable beds, and a great view. The breakfast was very complete and offered a great buffet selection. My only criticism is the noise. I stayed over the weekend, and the combination of the hotel’s nightclub and a party taking place made the loud music late at night quite bothersome."

"La atención del personal, las instalaciones y la comida todo muy bien."
Kimpton Las Mercedes by IHG
"Beautiful hotel in the best location. Social hour was a great way to try local produce and meet other guests. Pool and gym very good. Breakfast good. Staff very helpful. Room clean and great AC. Walls are thin and at times could hear next doors TV and hair dryer, it was only short lived so did not need to change rooms, the hotel were amenable to this if needed. Casarre Restaurant is just around the corner and is a must."
