Hotels in Pollença

Most hotels in this area don't have 24/7 front desk receptionist so your can't check in if you arrive late. We didn't know that and arrived about 11:30pm. The was a number to call and the staff drove back from his home to check us in, and then proceeded to offer us food and drink after our travel. Awesome! Also accommodated an early breakfast due to our demanding schedule. I'd totally fine back and stay for a full week next time. Great place!

Such a beautiful experience! Property is In a perfect location. Close to the Cathedral and train. There is also a bus station 10 minutes away where you can take day trips to Deía and Valdemossa. Concierge was very helpful. I was there for their grand opening, so it was impeccably clean.

The hotel was perfect. The room was large and pretty. The pool was large. The pool area never looked crowded. The beach was steps away. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of delicious items. Couldn’t be better.

Nice place to stay as well as interesting town

Amazing location on the pine walk. Balcony view overlooking the ocean is insane. Room was a bit small though. Staff went above and beyond to help us get a room on the higher floor. We stayed for 3 nights and truly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. They made sure to have varieties instead of only serving cold breakfast which apparently is common in Mallorca. There are also many restaurants nearby for dinner. Plenty of street parking. Overall a great hotel!

If only one word: Amazing

Great location.. Close to everything. Very clean and quiet. The check in was the only challenge. The Hotel Bahia was further than expected and no parking available close by.

Really clean and friendly hotel, rooms were spotless and tastefully decorated. This place is a gem in the middle of the area, really easy to get to the beach, pine walk and other main areas. All staff were exceptional.

The most amazing property we’ve ever stayed at with the kindest staff! Super kid friendly too -my 1 year old was treated like a king! Can’t wait to go back!

The staff were absolutely wonderful. Always smiling, very friendly and accommodating. Food was great, hours of operation were perfect. Beach was just across a quiet road, and had soft sand Esther than rocky bottom. Spa services were nice as well. Our only awful experiences were related to EXPEDIA and the overwhelming failures of a faltering travel company. We booked our flights months in advance only to find ourselves on standby upon arrival on both our flights to Mallorca and our transatlantic...

La Goleta was great! The staff were friendly and accomodating. Location was in the heart of Puerto Pollensa with numerous shops and restaurants. The daily breakfast was amazing with many options to choose from. We will definitely be back to Puerto Pollensa and the La Goleta!!
