"Arrived via The Tube to Terminal 5 International, the ramp connecting the hotel was right there, short walk. Easy to find, great signage!! After traveling all day, was great to have dinner & drink choices in the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable! Unfortunately, we weren’t there long enough to use the services they offered."
