We received a direction of check in via email in French. We don't speak French, so it was little tough understanding the check in. Its completely self check in. You will receive door code via email, so look for that. Once you are inside, key are on the table with your name. Few places to eat next to the hotel, However, without the reservation, you will be denied. We did the easy hike around the village in the morning which was nice.
Great stay if you have flight next day. Shuttle across the Hotel and easy access. Staff helpful and you should arrive before 1 am as reception closes at 1am
Location is awesome, breakfast worth the money. Very nice town and was more than we anticipated. The deck on the back is awesome for sitting and having drinks looking at the river. We would for sure stay again. Parking is pay but very convenient.
Welcome terrific and owner managed to move us to a room to better meet needs. Owner very helpful and cheerful. Room had balcony with great kitchen setup and eating area. Tried to extent stay but fully booked.Great location to use as base to visit multiple locations. Pillows could be better?
Really clean room with a fantastic location and really helpful staff. I thought it would be louder being so close to the train station, but actually the room was quiet and comfortable. The rooftop terrace was perfect for sunrise and sunset, and was great for relaxing between exploring. The location was ideal for us, as we could easily walk into town and the fortress or quickly hop on a train somewhere else. There was also moderately affordable parking available, although there aren't that many...
The fixed price dinner was fabulous. It is a culinary training center. Be prepared for lots of excellent food and beautiful presentations. The area was fun to walk around. Take the teleferique.
Unique Art Nouveau home that is beautifully decorated! Right on the bank of La Meuse River. Muriel (the host) was wonderful and very helpful with advice (where to eat, where to visit, etc.) We will definitely go back next time we visit Namur!
I thought Ibis Namur Centre was an excellent value. The rooms are very clean but on the small side particularly the bathroom. However they are functional enough and I’ve certainly seen smaller in European big cities like London and Rome.
The big values in this Ibis start with the very helpful staff. There is a nice selection of snacks, plus a small hotel bar/coffee shop and breakfast area in main lobby. Connected to the hotel is a good Italian restaurant called La Roma.
