We came on a weekend trip and the hotel even gave us a few extra hours to keep our bags and items in the room, while we went to the Budapest zoo nearby. This hotel is a classic Hungarian style hotel. From the very first moment the staff were helpful, courteous, and professional. The hotel itself was clean, well thought out and had all the basic amenities available.
The spa was everything we expected and was a very healthy addition to our stay. We had no problems with the cleanliness. We will probably return just for a spa day, we liked it that much.

Quaint, peaceful location on the Buda side of town. This hotel is probably better suited for families or retirees due to its distance away from the night life of the Pest side of town. The staff were friendly and helpful with siteseeing activities. The room amenities were nice, including the small mini bar selection.
