"리조트 너무 예쁘고 매우 깨끗해서 너무 좋어요 !! 우붓 다른 숙소는 샤워기 필터 금방 더러워졌는데 여기서는 깨끗해서 마음 놓고 씻을 수 있어서 좋았고 물도 계속 주시고 직원분들도 너무 친절하셔요 ayu 님 엄청엄청 친절하셔서 기분이 좋아졌습니당!!! 체크아웃하고 고젝 불렀는데 추가요금 붙을까봐 ayu 가 직접 기사님이랑 통화도 해주셨어요 !! 요가 해주시는 putu 님도 잘 알려주시고 사진도 잘 찍어주셔서 좋았어용 무료니까 꼭하세요! 그리고 악사리 포토그래퍼분이 리조트 돌아다니면서 사진찍어주시는데 잘찍어주시고 너무 좋아용 한국인한테 맞춤숙소입니당 "

"This resort is second to none, I cannot fault it !!! I travelled here with my Mum for 5 nights & we absolutely loved our stay at Bali Beach Resort. Our whole experience from smooth check in to midday check out was 10/10. Lush manicured gardens, easy accessible pathways, the buildings design features & architecture are amazing.The location was fabulous right on the beach, it was quite & convenient to stroll along the path to restaurants & shops. Our room was twin share,which was a great size complimented by ocean views.Our beds were sooooo comfortable, The room was extremely clean & any extra housekeeping requests were provided promptly. The pool was fantastic it’s absolutely huge, plenty of sunbeds & the option of water aerobics for those wanting to keep fit. Daily breakfast was delicious with so many options for every diet. The staff always greet you with a huge smile, extremely professional & friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. There is entertainment in the evening, many activities to keep all ages happy. The Day Spa environment is stunning,it’s tranquil in design & our treatment was absolutely amazing. I cannot wait to come back to this piece of paradise !! "

"All the staff were incredible and we felt very looked after. Rooms were lovely as were the pools. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well The only negative was the dining choices. One restaurant which food was good but would have preferred some more casual snack items. This was also quite expensive. Most days or evenings we got in a taxi and went to independent restaurants of which there are loads around. This was a great why to get out and see places and try new restaurants. Location was ideal for us and felt secluded, safe and private when on the grounds. We liked being away from the busy areas and was happy to take taxis to these areas when needed. Overall a very enjoyable stay"

"The hotel and it's team are incredible. They make you feel so welcome and address you by name throughout your stay which always makes you feel at home. The hotel is beautiful - totay inkeeping with the surroundings. The rooms are large and super clean and come with a whole bunch of treats to make the stay so comfortable. "Really enjoyed our stay! Staff are pros at friendliness and customer service, surpassing our expectations tremendously. It’s slightly outside Ubud center so a lot more quiet but has shuttles to get you to town easily. Would highly recommend a stay here if in the Ubud area. "
