"The staff is always nice, and the property invoting. I started my sabbatical six weeks ago with this hotel, and I book-ended it with this hotel. I was that impressed. "

"The property was beautiful, the room was clean, and being so close to the train and bus station made travel to and from the airort and around town very easy. The staff was incredible. They were so friendly. Julio made sure to make our stay top notch. We will be back to Rome and will being staying at the hotel again."

"If you get the curly haired Moroccan looking chap prepare for hitting your head against a wall Getting what I can only describe as a flannel as a towel then pretending there no desposit after 2 days is ridiculous Apart from that you pay for what you get "

"The gym was amazing! Lots of space and weights. The rooms were super clean. The staff on the other hand were not the best. I was in my room taking a nap around 1pm and my door kept knocking. I was in there alone and I had forgotten to put the DND sign up. I told them I did not need cleaning, so they eventually went away. At 2:30 they came back and knocked again and I yelled again I did not need it( I was exhausted). They instead yelled POLIZIA!! So I got worried and went to get the door. As I opened it, it was the cleaning lady. I’m like, “why would you yell polizia if it’s just you, I’m sleeping and I’m tired”. She then is like “I’m so sorry, I’m so sorry”. That whole scenario was scary for a woman traveling alone. I went to go report it & nothing was done. A different day, I went to go buy some pizza and the staff there had such an attitude."
