The room is up 2 flights of stairs. Once you get up to the room it is very wonderful. The location is great! It has a small balcony. The town is very quiet and if you dont eat at the right time you may miss out. The town shuts down between 1 and 5pm, literally a ghost town. The streets are so tini to drive through we almost thought we wouldnt fit. Check in was confusing at first but as soon as we got a hold of the person in charge on WhatsApp, it was easy!
This property was above and beyond all expectations!!! We were delayed due to a rain storm, yet Adele gladly met us at 9:30 pm with a parking space (which is a HUGE bonus in Italy) and a warm hello.
Our room was beautifully, yet simply appointed. Very modern, but with all the charm and design of an Italian flat. Excellent bathroom and shower. Air conditioning...or an open window. Nice linens.
Adele directed us to a local ristorante where we enjoyed a wonderful dinner

Total serenity which was fine by me. Beautiful setting. Easy access to the highway and minutes to downtown Benevento. The owner was always available and especially Freida who would greet me after I returned. Lovely place with a tremendous history.
Convenient location, welcoming and helpful staff, lovely and spacious room and a very nice breakfast included in the room price. We will definitely stay there in the future when we are in the area. Highly recommend it.
Very (unexpectedly) nice property which appears to be brand new. Modern, very clean room with great air conditioning. Elevator was a great touch. Our 10-year-old was with us and the staff even put out a child-sized robe which was an amazingly thoughtful touch. Staff went out of their way to be helpful, even struggling with English to accommodate us. Safe (free!), on-site parking. Breakfast was delicious with a varied menu. Would definitely stay here again!
What a beautiful hotel! This was a welcome respite from our hectic travel schedule in Italy. Set about 1 mile from the center of Pietrelcina, you feel like you are away in the heart of farm lands. The views are amazing- olive trees and rolling hills. This family run facility is top notch on service too. They cooked us a wonderful meal for dinner too. Would highly recommend this hotel!
This was our first night ever in Italy and it was a one night travel stop on our way to another destination. Honestly, this one night stay was the highlight of our trip. Nothing even came close to the wonderful experience we had here. Our family was warmly welcomed after our long travel even after being held up and arriving later than expected. Hotel was perfect in every sense of the word. Immaculate clean. Beautiful view, garden and lovingly restored building, easy parking. Quality Italian...
I can’t give this property enough start to represent our stay. Lucia is an amazing woman, this is a family property but she runs it all and she does it well. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. The property itself is beautiful. We didn’t have a car (which would be recommended)
This was a lovely house in a beautiful setting. The hosts were friendly and informative. We loved the light and airy room. It was sparkling clean. Host was helpful in finding us a restaurant with good food for quite reasonable prices. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting this area. Thank you for such an outstanding stay!
