"Best part is the shuttle to the airport. Our room smelled like a sewer. The entire floor actually smelled so awful. Maybe it's just the first floor. We were too tired to request to be transferred to a different floor."

"The property is modern and clean and the staff is very good. They have a lobby bar that makes great cocktails and was a fun place to gather with our friends at the end of the day. It is not in the middle of the city, but everything was easily walkable within 20 minutes."

"Fabulous one night stay in a peaceful side street off the grand canal close to station. Perfect location on our family Interrail trip. Huge triple room, with large family bathroom & a bath in double room. Excellent breakfast & we enjoyed the garden, lounge bar area. Totally recommend."

"This is truly a beautiful hotel, suitably located away from the business of central Venice. Murano is truly beautiful at night and early mornings with not many people. The hotel rooms are gorgeous. The gym is small but clean and modern looking, and the staff are extremely helpful"

"This hotel could not have been more convenient in location to the Grand Canal & transportation. We booked a larger room overlooking the canal. While the hotel has an elevator, our room still needed to be accessed by a small flight if steps after getting off of the elevator."

"Excellent location next to the station and close to water taxi stations. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and recently updated however the bathroom was quite dated and every time we used the shower it flooded the floor. Hotel has a small lift which is very handy with luggage and after walking around Venice all day. Complementary breakfast was very good with a good selection on offer."

"The room was excellent and very clean; it was cleaned every day. Everyone was very helpful and assisted us with any questions we had. Check-out was at 11:00 AM, but they were very kind and let us leave our luggage at the hotel until it was time to head to the airport."
