The room was always spotless and clean and when we had a missing piece of luggage, they kept us up-to-date and provided us some toiletries. They provide a speedboat cruise around Venice that picks you right up from the hotel. The buffet breakfast was really elegant and you got high-quality drinks. this hotel was close to everything the Mark Basilica, the Mark Square doge Palace shopping restaurants it’s really a terrific spot for a terrific price. Another great part was that the room was always cool and ready after a hot day."
