I am loathe to share this jewel but in the spirit of joyful travels here goes: The hotel is intimate and boutique in feel. The staff goes above and beyond (every shift offered the same level of great service and hospitality. Thank you Marco, Ramona, Vitor and Michele). Wonderful stay in a terrace room. King sized bed and extra twin bed. Very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was cool. Very close to Vatican City. About a 3 minute walk to the stairs for our meeting point to see the Vatican. Awesome time. Did get eaten alive at free continental breakfast though. Strange. Didn't use the bar or spa, so can't speak to that. Only there one night but clean, comfortable and staff very helpful.
The service, from reservation to front desk, was very courteous and efficient. The junior suite was great. Rooms are usually very small in Rome, so the suite upgrade was dearly appreciated.
Perfect little gem in the best location. The staff was hands down the best, from a complimentary upgrade to phenomenal restaurant recommendations- I was so impressed. The gentleman at breakfast pays super attention and remembers what kind of coffee you like . These details were not missed. I can’t wait to stay there again .

We had a great stay at this hotel, friendly staff, great location and comfortable bedding. The room was very spacious with a good size closet. The only thing is that it’s a very small elevator, thankfully we were on the third floor so we used the stairs a few times going up and down. Otherwise it was perfect.

The hotel staff was the best I have ever encountered, including at 5 star well known hotels. The staff made our small group of 4 feel special, welcomed and like we were the only ones there. Quiet place a bit outside the central tourist area. Rooms are old but clean. Good dining options within walking distance. Expect 20min 10-15euro taxi rides to get into the central area. Great staff.
I forgot my handbag in our rental car ( along with my passport, wallet, driver's license). The Frontier desk staff ( forgot his name) help my husband call the rental company at the airport. I finally decided to go back to tge airport to see if my purse was turned in. He called a taxi for us, the drive drove us, waited for us to pick up my purse ( yes there are kind people in this world who honestly turned in my puse untouched). Breakfast at the hotel was delicious with plenty to chose from....
This time, we had for us and out daughter a gorgeous and amazingly spacious triple room on two levels with three large tv sets, two bathrooms.
The room was sunny, light and quiet.

Property was well kept with amazing staff. Quiet residential neighborhood but walkable and safe. Breakfast was delicious and fresh daily. Drinks in the garden are a must after a long day. This is a must stay hotel when visiting Roma. I will definitely be returning.
