The property was in an excellent area walking distance to wonderful restaurants, the tourist information kiosk and across the street from the beautiful St. Anthony's Basilica. Enrico is the owner and has a beautiful small boutique hotel attached to an excellent Bistro. While food is not included, we ate delicious breakfast and had happy hour on the property with our friends at a very resonable price. Excellent service and very clean.

Our experience was disappointing overall. The staff was professional, but they were not particularly welcoming, and the service felt somewhat impersonal. The biggest issue was the room itself. It had a very strong sewage-like odor from the moment we arrived. We thought increasing the air conditioning might help circulate the air and reduce the smell, but unfortunately it made no difference, and the odor remained throughout our stay. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful about finding things to do and how to get into and out of Venice efficiently from the nearby train station. Clarissa was particularly helpful with her insights on where to eat and what to see in Venice itself. Room was large. Hotel is small any quiet and out of the way. You will need a car to stay here since nothing is within walking distance.

Everyone was real nice. We struggled with transportation, but our front desk called taxis for us for 30 minutes before finally finding one. No one was accepting my uber ride. This might have been a random occurrence because it was Sunday and the country was on holidays. We left before breakfast due to our flight time. They prepared take away snacks for us. Very thoughtful. The free bikes were great also.
