"Staff were lovely especially the the bell hopper who was a really welcome relief in the summer heat with his glass of chilled water. Thank you. "Everything was great.From the time Marco greeted us until we left 2 days later. Breakfast was the best we’ve had at a hotel. Staff was unbelievable. If you’re going to Milan and don’t mind taking a short train ride in every day, hotel Cerrano can’t be beat. Also, only a short train ride to the airport. We were given a breakfast bag to go since we left so early. Can’t say enough positive things."

"The hotel is very well located, and the rooftop is absolutely spectacular, with a gorgeous view that is definitely one of the highlights of the property. Unfortunately, the rooms were a major disappointment. They feel very outdated and in need of renovation, with old-looking décor and horrible curtains that really take away from the overall experience. The bathroom was also in poor condition, with visible mold, to the point that I did not feel comfortable showering without wearing flip-flops. It is a shame because the location is excellent and the rooftop is truly beautiful, but the rooms and bathrooms definitely need a serious update and much better maintenance."
