Enjoyed the personal greeting and staying with family, that's the reason we like these kinds of stays. Property was well marked and easy to find, in a quiet area. Host was helpful and responsive. Place well stocked for breakfast snacks, clean and beds were comfortable. Nice to have fridge and kitchen. We as well enjoyed the area. Ample parking for guests.

This was such an interesting hotel. It is up a long, windy mountain road that is a little intimidating in the dark but worth the trip. The staff were very friendly, helpful and understanding when we came in a little later than expected. The room was incredibly comfortable and clean. The breakfast was quite good. I wish we could have spent more time here because it was pretty spectacular.
The location is excellent, the room balcony has an unbeatable view, the front desk service is very enthusiastic, the buffet breakfast has a rich variety of food and drinks with the beautiful Lake Como, you can enjoy the food while enjoying the scenery, it is really the best of both worlds. Be aware that you need a car as the location is at the Northern end of Lake Como so the area is more local and less tourist focused - quite nice.
