This place was so great to stay at. I felt safe and taken care of. It was such a luxury place to stay at. The train station was less than a 10 minute walk and the other places were just a short taxi ride away
Beautiful room with AC!! And located in Testaccio with many great restaurants, bars and gelato shops. If you are using the bus system many bus stops are just a few streets away and get you to the main areas very quickly. Overall would stay with Bob again the room was so clean and so nice to come back to a cold room after a hot day outside.
The room was clean and nice. The only thing that could be difficult for some is that you have to kcrawl up on the bed from the foot o which could be difficult if you have mobility isdues. We loved the area with lots of close restaurants and we walked to all major sites. The rooftop bar was lovely!
This is my third time in Hotel Chapter, so it is excellent choice in terms of location, staff, and amenities. It is better than what it advertised to be. So yea I highly recommend it! Did I mention that all the staff, literally in all shifts and everywhere in the hotel are amazing?
Hotel Trillusa is a wonderful hotel. It sits right outside the busy tourist area, yet only a quick taxi/tram/bus ride to downtown Rome. The staff was great, very helpful, and knowledgable about pretty much all tourist items we asked: from booking tours, dining, and even helping confirmed pre purchased tours.

This hotel is exceptional in every way. The staff could not have been more hospitable and accommodating. We were on the 6th floor with a gorgeous view of the Pantheon and the skyline. It was a perfect central location for walking everywhere in Rome. It was our first stay at the hotel, but it will not be our last! In addition, we called on the front desk to arrange our transportation from FIU and from the hotel to Civitavecchia - the driving service they use reflects the same standards and...
This was my first visit to Italy. Hotel positives: (1) Walking distance (for us 15-30 minutes) to many major attractions including the Parthenon, Colloseum Forum, Trastevere, piazzas, Trevi Fountain and Vatican. (2) Helpful staff (they even printed out our boarding passes). (3) Well stocked complementary breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Get the map from the hotel from desk. It was better than any of the store bought maps that we brought with us.
Just up the hill from Trastervere, quiet, but good restaurant almost next door, wine bar two blocks away, and great park for running in. Super bus service all over. Rooms spacious, beds comfortable, breakfast in delightful room on top floor, helpful staff. Outside tables in pleasant garden, but not the time of year. This hotel is good value. Would come back.
I booked this hotel last minute and was thrilled with my selection. The staff was helpful, kind and eager to assist us. Giorgio, the concierge, went above and beyond to make sure our every need was met. The hotel is lovely and we appreciated the complimentary phone for use while staying at the property. The location was great, within walking distance of most of the beautiful Roman sites, and lots of delicious local restaurants nearby.A true gem and we hope to visit there again!
The hotel was tucked away on a very small alley/street which made it close but out of the way. The restaurant just around the corner was excellent. The breakfast was disappointing but did the job. We would stay again.
Super friendly staff. Clean rooms, cold a/c, centrally located to everything. 5 min walk to Pantheon, and another 10min on to Trevi. Easy walk to Vatican and Spanish Steps. Water pressure great in shower. No complaints at all. Will stay here again.
We absolutely loved our stay. The location at the top of the Spanish Steps is perfect when exploring Rome by foot. The provided breakfast buffet was wonderful.
I will be returning to Rome in 2026 and I will definitely stay here for that visit.
