They were incredibly knowledgeable about the area and offered fantastic recommendations for activities, restaurants, and hidden gems nearby. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their warm, attentive approach made us feel genuinely cared for.
The hotel itself delivered a luxury experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxing, creating the perfect setting for a romantic couple’s getaway. "Breakfast was filled with lots of choices, from fresh fruits to croissants and fresh juices. Our room was very clean and very comfortable with lots of amenities that made for a very nice stay we had a balcony with the most amazing view. All the staff were cheerful and very professional. We ate many of our dinners at the Victoria Grill. The menu offered many choices and the food was of high quality. Service was also top notch. I would highly recommend this hotel for its central location on Lake Como."
