Hotels in Tortoli

"Room was kept very clean throughout our stay. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, and helpful. With one exception of arriving to a storm and having nowhere to go/Hotel having no maps, suggestions, places to sit/entertain indoors, and being told we couldn’t sit in the indoor bar which had comfy seats (the only indoor place to comfortably sit). We ended up sitting in our room, along with some other residents we met. The spa is lovely, but completely outdoors for those arriving out of season/in rain. Also March/April is seen as out of season in this area of Sardinia. Hiring a car was great, allowed us to go and find open restaurants etc. "

"Staff are incredible. For every question we asked, the answer was always "Yes". Breakfast was nice selections, and very relaxed. Location was very central to the Port Centro, beaches, historical landmarks, and a park for an evening walk. "

"This is a resort that is separated from any community it is in. Assuming you drive there, you are then separated from your car by a 15 minute walk - getting away during your stay is tough. The rooms are actually small separate houses like a holiday village and are very nice. Mine had a view of the stunning coast we were on. The place is enormous and has many places to eat. I would imagine you really want at least half board which I did not have. It has the feel of a theme park and so would suit those that like that sort of thing. It is also is heavily forested and has a large nature park which give it a Jurassic park type feel which is great if that is your thing. "

"Needs to be upgraded. We had a midievil key to open and close the door to our family suite. It was kind of funny at first till we realized if one of us wanted to go out, you literally have to lock the other person inside the room and they cant open the door from the inside to get out. The sliding glass door to our patio was also broken and would not lock. The staff responded right away. It look a couple of visits to get the right tools but eventually, the staff was able to rig it good enough. The staff was amazing and so friendly and you could tell they were doing the best they can with limit resources. Its not their fault. As a guest and for what you pay to stay their it was discouraging to see the lack of tools/equipment the staff had. The owners (or investors )of the resort really need to acknowledge their staff with better pay and equipment. Beautiful location. Couple nights hard to sleep with blasting techno music. Sardinia festival was really cool! Staff was amazing. The resort facilities are rundown and stay was overpriced. "
