Overall, my stay was amazing. The location was great- although it is up a slight hill, so be prepared if you’re walking. The hotel was clean and up to date. The staff was friendly and helpful in providing me tips (and coupons on major attractions) around the area. My favorite part is that the hotel provided you with a complimentary mobile phone that you could use for local calls, Internet, and maps. It was very convenient. Thank you for a great stay!

This is in the bustling area of Sannomiya and a quick 5 minute walk to the train station. Super convenient, clean, and affordable. I saw both local and international tourists during our stay. All the staff were great! I liked the washer and dryer and breakfast buffet. My only feedback would be to leave the free toothbrushes and pjs in the lobby for people to pick up if they need it - I felt bad they kept replenishing our supply of both in our rooms. I will stay here again and would recommend...

The rooms were very clean and the staff was great! We stayed for 10 days and didn't ask for cleaning, but the staff left clean towels and room wear each night at our door. There is only 2 laundry machines, but there is a QR code to see when the machines are available to use which was very helpful. The detergent is included, so you don't need to bring your own.
