"Top shelf 5 stars - from the staff, to the decor, ambience and design plus more. Place is centrally located, in a quiet side street. The room decor was amazing, as was the restaurant. We had a genuine French style dinner that would make any restaurant in Paris proud. Don't forget to visit theirvwine cellar. Highly recommend this hotel on all levels"

"I recently stayed at villa permet which a 20 minute drive to the thermal baths. My mother and I were very very impressed and pleased with the villa, it was impeccably clean and beautifully done. Staff was wonderful, they even went out of their way when my mom forgot her bag and they had it delivered by bus to our next destination to saranda. With all its contents including my moms NY drivers license inside. Very trustworthy people including the bus driver"

"Room, location & the venue were excellent. However the automatic light in the bathroom stayed on too long & kept the room lit up. Couple of the staff on in the evening were a bit cold & unfortunately we couldn't do the full experience with the gin or the raki either. Breakfast was great though & overall a nice place to stay in the depths of Albania."
