"We had a great stay. The rooms were exactly as expected, and even felt a bit roomier than many French hotel rooms. The front desk staff were excellent — very helpful and patient, especially with booking taxis and vans for us multiple times during our stay. The location is also fantastic. The hotel is in the pedestrian zone, right in the middle of everything, but still felt quiet and calm once we were inside. A great base for exploring Bordeaux."

"Location is excellent. Jean(Jen) was super helpful. It was hot weather and a/c kept the room cool. It is up a flight of stone stairs with no lift. Not an issue for us. Lots restaurants and shops close and river walk about 5 minutes. Tram 2 minutes away can help you get around as well. Enjoyed the Les Halle’s de Bacalan(local food court) and wine museum right next door is fun. Bordeaux was a blast. Can’t wait to do it again"

"We booked this through hotels.com. It was our first time in Bordeaux, so we didn't know much about location, but it turned out to be very well-located---close to the main cathedral square, many restaurants and cafes nearby, and close to a number of tram lines. Our room was quite small, but very comfortable and the beds and pillows were great. The only thing missing for us was a night light---and possible a way to open a window."
