"Seda Lio Resort is a beautiful property, and the staff were exceptionally courteous and accommodating throughout our stay. Since it is located right on Lio Beach, we were able to enjoy the beachfront without the heavy crowds of tourists you often find elsewhere. The only drawback is the location relative to the main town. It is quite far away, and we had to pay 300 pesos for an e-trike each way whenever we wanted to go anywhere outside of the Lio area. "Staff- good communication, courteous, always available and offered good values to island hoping packages and motorbike rental. Location- beach front. There is no front entrance to the main property which is a negative. You have to go through an alley to the side of the property leading to the beach and ti the back entrance of the apartment. However, you have to be back from downtown before 7 or 8 pm to avoid the high tide. Another draw back is no tricycle driver would like to take you back to...

"I booked 7 standard triple rooms for two with two separate beds yet you gave only 6 rooms rooms with only one bed. I send an email to clear about it because my payment is too much for what was given for accommodation but no response. The website cover for the resort is deceiving showing the picture of the beach claiming its near the beach front but the real location is very far with narrow and muddy alley. The breakfast they serve is only bead and egg which when you are booking saying...
