"The rooms were great, food & service, specially the service from the front desk to room service. Specially on the 5th 4th Floors. Angel, Pablo, Diego & Cruz. The Breakfast was for sure one of our highlights of the day! Very Helpful & Friendly service. The Solis family had 15 guest in the hotel for several days, my son got married in Mérida. Will come back for sure & hopefully all the renovations will be completed & will stay at the Grand Americana! Thank you very much!"
