Everyone at the front desk was friendly, capable, and extremely professional. The breakfast was good and the service in the restaurant was also very good. Our room was very nice and sitting in our Jacuzzi late at night and/or in the morning was REALLY nice. On our last day, we did hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door, but the maid decided to open the door anyway while we were inside. This could have been an awkward situation, but luckily everyone in the room had clothes on. Honestly...

The hotel is very nice and in a quiet place, perfect after a busy day! It's close to restaurants and the bus stop but you can't hear the noise at all.
The room was lovely 🌹, it's was clean, it had all the necessities such shampoo and soap built-in in the shower so no small packages 👍and toothbrushes that we actually needed.
All the staff we met, especially the hostess were friendly and very helpful. We got great tips for places to go and where to eat.

The check in is done in the palazzo Xara restaurant, around the corner from the actual hotel. Making the facilieties more cozy and private.
That also proved to be a bonus point. We didn't have to think twice were to eat and the food always exceded our expectations.
The room itself is in a tiny side street. It feels more like an apartment than a hotel room. Very modern, pretty and quiet.

Very nice hotel. Great location in central Valletta. Most of the staff is excellent, knowledgeable and helpful. Good amenities. Couldn't check in when we got there, so we left our bags and toured the city. When we returned, the room was ready and the bags had already been brought up.
