"Really great spot right downtown. Our unit didn’t face Wabash directly so the train noise wasn’t bad at all. The staff were super responsive and friendly. The only downside is that there is only one window in the unit and it faces brick walls and other unit walls/windows. Not really a problem if you are there to sleep and then head out for the day. But if you are work-staying, you might want a bit more daylight. Overall, I would recommend, for sure! "

"We were in town for a wedding and are very happy we chose the Fairmont. We stayed in a renovated room/floor. The room was clean and comfortable, shower was amazing. All staff were pleasant and attentive, especially Tamara in the Gold Lounge. She is incredibly personable and treated my husband and I like old friends. Definitely would stay again. "

"Spent our first night ever at the St. Regis! We are hooked! Absolutely perfect location, breathtaking views, incredibly elegant building and decor. The staff is top notch, always friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. Not to mention the two restaurants there are Amazing! MIRU and Tre Dita. The river walk is just outside the front door and Millennium park is just around the corner! It’s a vacation in itself!"
