Nice and clean. Breakfast buffet is a little pricey but worth it for the quality and variety of dishes. Beautiful decor but I’m not a gambler so the casino is a minus for me.

The hotel was very nice, very clean, pleasant staff. My only complaint was dinner in the Tree Top Room. I invited friends there for dinner and was the worst dining experience of my life. The food was terrible as was the service. It was a shame as the overall hotel experience was very nice.

Very friendly staff and very helpful. Locals are very friendly and theres plenty of good local food to eat.

The check-in was fast me and my friends enjoy the whole stay the breakfast buffet was great since we were really early. Although the pools chlorine was too strong :( Overall great stay great facilities great staff 5 starts :)

Nice hotel. Location is is great. Right in the heart of Alabang town center. Spacious room.. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Pool is a bit small but aside from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in 4 different hotels in Alabang on this trip, and I must say that our three nights Crimson hotel experience is the best. Wow, this is my first time to see a hotel lobby that is located on a higher floor. Customer services in all departments are superb, from front desk agents to house keeping staff, pool deck food servers, all the way to security officers in the 3rd floor parking entrance and ground floor entrance. As usual all staff at Vivere we're great I was early so had an amazing sushi lunch at the Shogun restaurant in the lobby. My room was ready when I finished eating. Facility is clean and safe and few minute walk to Festival Mall. It is also easily accessed on the Skyway to and from the Aiport. See you next trip.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The whole staff were very approachable and cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. It is quite pricey but worth it. My husband left his suit in our room and so thankful the staff kept it and we were able to pick it up. Thanks for your honesty.

My family had an amazing stay for 3 days and 2 nights in this hotel. The room is very spacious, clean, and well organized. The staff are very accommodating and approachable during the stay. I highly recommend this hotel (City Gardens Suite Hotel Manila). We'll surely come back in here. Keep it up!
