"The room is okay however the cable signal was worst, they need to check and improve it. Also, the variety of food during bfast is not so many."

Food Buffet presentation was poor. We had the privilege to go to The one at the 28th floor breakfast buffet based on the type of booking we had, the made to cook breakfast was better. We had booked this hotel before when it was still CRIMSON and everything was wonderful. Toilet tissue in the bathroom had no extra refill available to use even though we started with very minimal to use. The same with facial tissues available. It looks like this hotel is going through transition and looks understaffed I hope it gets better because I like the location. Thank you! "
