"This is an excellent hotel with professional, warm and welcoming staff. It’s on a very busy, loud road but once inside you can’t hear a thing. The room was spotless and serviced every day. The breakfast was a fantastic full English plus fruit, muesli, cereal, yoghurt, pastries. Everything to suit everyone. It’s a 15 mins walk to casemates square, bit less to the marina. No taxi needed from the airport as the hotel actually over looks the runway. It’s a 10 mins walk to/from the airport. Daniel on reception was excellent. All staff couldn’t do enough to please us. We will definitely return. "
"The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The room was spacious with good amenities provided in the room. The accommodation was in good proximity to the airport and town centre, with decent transport links by bus, e-scooter and walking.
The check in process was unusual, with someone present to physically check you in during a 2 hour time window, however the instructions for an out of hours check in was clear and easy to follow. "
"This was my second visit to this gem in Gibraltar. We stayed for 3 night over Easter, staying in a room with a terrace and views over the bay.
I love the appearance of the hotel, the warm welcome, the location overlooking the Botanical Gardens, the swimming pool and the excellent food. The restaurant offered a wide choice of breakfast items, and a reasonably broad dinner menu. Unlike the last time I was here in 2014, the room safe was free to use - a big step forward.
On arrival we noticed that the floor of our room felt gritty underfoot. Although we asked housekeeping to vacuum the floor the next time they were in, this didn’t happen. In every other way the housekeeping was good: replacing the towels, making the bed, etc. But the floor still felt like it needed a good vacuuming / mopping.
Overall, I still love this hotel and plan to return in the near future."
"Wow, what an amazing experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the luxury yacht. Our 8 year old loved exploring the boat and watching the planes take off and land. There aren’t many flights a day so it wasn’t a disturbance at all. Our host Valerie was really responsive with any questions we had and the property manager Erwann was super friendly and very accommodating regarding arrival times. Thanks so much guys, we loved it. "
"Overall, this is a very nice and clean place with just a few minor areas for improvement. Adding a coffee machine with pods would make a big difference—instant coffee doesn’t really match the price point and experience.
We also found that the heat turns off automatically, which made the space feel a bit cold at times.
The location, however, is excellent—very convenient to restaurants, shops, and transportation.
Communication with the management company was great throughout our stay.
One note for travelers from the U.S.: be prepared to have limited or no cellular service while in Gibraltar."
