The manager Mr. Thy and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. He booked an all day tour for us that I recommend. The free shuttle to town was convenient. He helped us to buy train tickets to Vang Vieng. You have a choice for daily breakfast that was very nice. The night we arrived they had a Christmas party with free food and drinks for guests. Only downside to stay was water for the shower and was not very hot.

This boutique hotel is perfect for solo travellers and couples. It is located alongside the river thus affording an easy and relaxing view of the Mekong, if you dont mind the low murmur of passing boats. A few steps across the street from the hotel is the terrace restaurant, the hotel's extension where breakfast is served daily. I think this is the main draw. Beautiful resort, kind staff, peaceful and relaxing

Hotel was new, opened in early 2017. I was upgraded to a spacious room with a view of the pool. Bathroom was spacious and had both a shower and a tub and separate toilet. Bed was comfortable. Room has a small stocked fridge, coffee maker and safe. Closet had very limited storage space, basically two drawers, which may be adequate for a single traveler for a short stay. New hotel close to everything . Clean pool, sauna & gym. Underground parking for motorcycles but cars are street parking which is very limited.

Lovely hotel minutes from downtown/main street Luang Prabang, yet far enough away to have it be quiet and peaceful. We stayed here for 4 nights as a family - 2 adults in a Junior Suite king & 2 children in a Junior Suite twin and it was wonderful. Every detail has been thought about in the surroundings and there are sitting/gathering nooks and beautiful objects around every corner. 2nd visit, this time with son and gf. First time at this hotel. Very beautiful place. Excellent pool. Beautiful garden and wood work throughout. Staff exceptional. What would make this a "5"? Shower curtains, softer pillows, more choice for breakfast.

We are staying at hotel to apply visa to the Thai Embassy in vientian. It is just across the road. The staffs are all great, very kind. The room is not new but well maintained. Best hotel for the purpose of visiting Thai Enbassy.
