"The hotel was in a great location with many restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The air-conditioning was effective and the room was quiet despite being in a busy area. Staff were friendly and helpful. The electrics in the room were a bit erratic with the kettle socket not working. Sometimes the ceiling light worked and sometimes not! 2 teabags only provided in the room and no coffee so we bought our own. The breakfast was pretty basic. Good freshly made coffee but the croissants were rather overdone and the bread not always fresh. These latter points are why I have awarded 4 rather than 5 stars."
