"Always my go-to hotel when I go to Medicine Hat. Large, clean rooms. The breakfast is excellent. The staff are friendly and efficient. My grandchildren love the pool and waterside. "

"Friendly staff, quick check-in, ease of parking, room had everything and more, clean, comphy bed. Didn't use the pool. Only thing I'd suggest would be to have signage around the inside of the hotel explaining where the front desk was. The halls were very confusing. I got turned around, so I had to go back to the room and leave by the back door."

"Excellent location - close to the highway and far east section of Medicine Hat. Staff were very friendly both at checkin and checkout, site also had free bottled water and snacks. Room was clean and large, had many extra touches such as a wooden bench for clothes in the washroom, glass door shower (not a flimsy curtain), decorative door in front of fridge,and 24hour room service. Will be staying again our next time through. "

"The water slides were such a highlight for the kids. This place may be slightly dated, but it’s still an excellent place to stay, super clean, great amenities and one of the nicest hotels in Medicine Hat. "
