We had an amazing time in our stay at the Barceló Reforma hotel in Mexico City. The hotel is clean, the staff is welcoming and helpful, the food is delicious. We bookend the premium level stay and we totally recommend it, they serve breakfast, snacks and dinner, they have happy hour, the coffee is delicious, I can only say they are amazing!

We absolutely loved our stay at Barcelo Mexico Reforma. Location was great!! The restaurant Sonora grill on the Lobby was amazing!! My husband likes to stay at hotels with a good spa and sauna and this was definitely approved. A+ for all the service there!! We would definitely go back and stay there again.

We had an excellent stay! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pillows made it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The A/C worked perfectly, the water pressure in the shower was excellent, and the entire hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff provided amazing service and were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We also loved the Premium Package on the 12th floor—it was a wonderful perk with great snacks, wine, and beer. The location was fantastic and conveniently close to all the major tourist attractions, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything the area had to offer. The only downside to our stay was that it had to end. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful, clean and high-end hotel at affordable price. Centrally located in the Reforma close to all major neighborhoods. The staff is polite, courteous and professional. The amenities are top rate. There's a full size gym with all the essential machines. The equipment is in good condition. The pool has 3 hot tops. Overall, this hotel has everything you require.

Great hotel location not only for the Reforma business district but also only 30 minutes walk past the stunning Alameda Park and Palacio Belles Artes to the Zocalo Plaza de la Constitucion centeal square. Try the delicious Sonora Grill and do not miss out on the wonderful breakfast buffet. Pool and sauna a little disappointing. However gym looked well appointed.

Our stay at the Barceló in Mexico City (CDMX) was very pleasant for our family of four. The hotel offered excellent breakfast options with something for everyone, great amenities, and a comfortable atmosphere. Great stay - I had 2 great massages at the spa - my only complaints were that they wouldn’t allow me to set the room temp cooler than 73 degrees. For me that was pretty miserable. The electrical plugs wouldn’t hold my charger and I struggled keeping my phone charged due to this… I’m not sure if it was the electrical or just weak (loose) plugs… but when you rely on your phone that was inconvenient.

Good hotel, spacious room, good location, nice food.. Negatives: you can hear a lot of noise from other rooms, children running, people talking, doors beeing slammed. Room had a wierd smell, like burnt electric wiring
