The first: Recycling - I was told the told the hotel had recycling for their own needs but not for the guests. Second: No secure internet - with hacking coming from all different directions, it is important for me to protect my information from unwanted sources, but I couldn't do that with the presnet WI-FI available!"

"The renovation seems to be taking forever. Charging a "parking fee" and then offering to waive it in exchange for a Google review is poor form. Don't nickel-and-dime your customers. It probably won't deter me from staying again if the room rates stay reasonable, but it doesn't make me feel good about it."

"Ethan Allen is a respected name in the Danbury area. As soon as you walk into the hotel lobby you can feel the "glamour". But that is as far as it goes. Don't get me wrong the hotel is okay, but it isn't what you expect by what you see when you walk in. The rooms are outdated. I was in a room that had stains in the carpet, walls, mold in the mini fridge, low water pressure in the shower head, and a broken faucet. It was clean, but because of these issues during my stay I got the feeling the it wasn't completely cleaned if you know what I mean. "

Never called Several other couples were checked in while we waited. Once in the room the safe was locked and the doors on the closet were off the track."
