Breakfast is brought directly to your room and is enough to keep you going for 2-3 hours. If you are the type of traveler who says, "I'm going to explore everywhere and won't be spending time in the room," it is definitely an adequate hotel for you. In my opinion, it's practically free."

"Everything was great, starting from housekeeping Ashrif, to the receptionists Ahmed and Medhat. As well as the breakfast area servers , also security guards. Staff in general were polite and friendly. All in all was perfect, my Father and myself do enjoy our stay a lot. Will definitely stay here on our upcoming visits to Cairo. Thank you Sofitel management team."

"The best and safe location in Cairo. When in Cairo, hotel location is a must. The hotel is very conveniently located, across the old Egyptian Museum. This is where you need to be if it's your first time. Turn left as you get out the hotel and that will take you everything you need from dining, shopping, souvenirs. One piece of advise, do not engage a conversation when someone approach you in the corner or alone the shopping lanes. Otherwise, Steingenberger has the best service, front desk, room, dining staff and even the sales staff in the mini shop. Enjoy!"

All meals were delicious 4.Enjoyed the balcony suite with pyramid views Cons: 1.Some items on menu were not available 2. The tub is a beautiful addition to have in the suite, but the water only gets lukewarm, not hot at all like the shower in the bathroom. After an all day safari, I wanted to soak my muscles, but could not take a bath as the water would be cold, by the time it would be filled."

"Our stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Cairo was absolutely spectacular from start to finish. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every single team member we encountered was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in ensuring we had a perfect experience. The hotel itself is stunning—immaculately clean, luxurious, and beautifully designed. It feels like a private oasis right in the middle of Mirage City. We were blown away by the dining options; all the food was really good, whether we were grabbing a casual breakfast or enjoying a fine dinner. Every meal was fresh, expertly prepared, and delicious. A major highlight of our trip was the recreation. I thoroughly enjoyed playing on the 27-hole championship golf course, which was perfectly manicured and offered a fantastic challenge. The pools were also incredible, especially the unique wave pool at "The Beach" area, which provided hours of relaxation and fun. Truly, everything was amazing during our time here. This resort perfectly combines world-class amenities with exceptional hospitality. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cairo!"
